THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.17294 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.10 in S.C.No.189 of 2016 on the file of the Court of III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of fresh application and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 11.07.2017 before the Registry.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
