HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.3773 of 2019 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as against the impugned order, dated 12.02.2019, appeal lies to Municipal Council and he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the remedy available in terms of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, and rules by filing appeal.

Without expressing any opinion, liberty, as sought for, is granted to the petitioner and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
