Sri A. Muneendhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the matter has become infructuous, but seeks leave on behalf of his client to agitate his grievance, if any, with regard to the interest on the earnest money deposit which was paid by the petitioner in connection with the impugned auction notice. With the liberty afore-stated, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
