When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in identical circumstances, a Division Bench of this Court dismissed W.P.No.27295 of 1998 & batch on 9.11.2009 and fairly concedes that this writ petition is also liable to be dismissed. Following the aforesaid judgment, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
