HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CONTEMPT CASE No.862 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed with a prayer to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order, dated 24.10.2016, passed by this Court in W.P. No.34807 of 2016. The respondent filed counter-affidavit stating that the order passed by this Court in WP No.34807 of 2016, dated 24.10.2016, has been complied with.

In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous petition filed in this contempt case shall also stand disposed of.
