It is not in dispute that the petitioner has been served an order dt.22-04-2017 passed by 1st respondent disposing of the petitioner's appeal dt.26-11-2015 as directed by the order dt.23-12-2016 in W.P.No.45179 of 2016.

Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to assail the said order in appropriate proceedings, this Contempt Case is closed since the order passed by this Court on 23-12-2016 is thus complied with. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
