THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.5177 OF 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not selecting the petitioner to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher (Urdu) pursuant to the Notification for Recruitment of Teacher, 2012 issued by the 2nd respondent and selecting the 5th respondent to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher (Urdu) as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Art. 14 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to select the petitioner to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher (Urdu) pursuant to the Notification for Recruitment of Teacher, 2012 issued by the 2nd respondent, and pass such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
2. In view of the availability of alternative remedy before the Tribunal, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.
3. Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed, with a liberty to the petitioner herein to approach the appropriate forum, if he is advised to do so.
