HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8605 OF 2012 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed to quash the impugned proc.No.E1/255(7)/2011-RM.NZB dated 15.02.2012 for recovering of Rs.60,203/- from the petitioner's service retirement benefits, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard both sides.

It is stated that against the interim order passed by this Court on 12.12.2014, contempt case in C.C.No.1519 of 2013 is filed and after filing of the contempt case, the amounts have been paid to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 21.11.2016 dv
