This revision under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, ('the Code') is filed by the petitioner/ defendant having been aggrieved of the order, dated 12.11.2015 passed in I.A.No.1155 of 2014 in O.S.No.71 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, at Kadapa. 2.

At the hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no cause survives for adjudication in the revision, and the revision may be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the said submissions, the Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
