THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W .P.NOs.3 8 1 1 AND 3 8 3 0 OF 2 0 2 0 COMMON ORDER Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering the request of the petitioners for conversion of their vehicles from Maxi Cab to Ombi Bus under Section 47 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the present writ petitions have been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the issue involved in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by the order passed by this court in W.P.No.1528 of 2020 dated 27.01.2020, and hence similar order may be passed.

Learned Government Pleader for Transport has not disputed the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel and the order dated 27.01.2020 in W.P.No.1528 of 2020, these writ petitions are disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to make appropriate application before the competent authority by paying necessary fee. On such applications being received, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the said applications in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such applications.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
