This contempt case is filed alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court in W.P.M.P.No.42366 of in W.P.No.34067 of 2017, dated 12.10.2017.

When the matter is taken up today, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced before this Court a copy of the order dated 29.10.2018 showing that the pension proposal of the petitioner was processed and the pension was sanctioned on 29.10.2018.
