With the consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage. The present writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent No.3-Zonal Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in not regularizing the petitioner's house plot Nos.61 and 68, to the extent of 534 square yards, in Sy.No.844/1 of Malkajgiri Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary and illegal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the LRS application of the petitioner in respect of plot Nos.61 and 68 is not considered till date.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 would submit that if the LRS application of the petitioner is still pending consideration, the respondent authorities may be directed to consider the same in accordance with law.

In those circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent authorities shall consider the LRS application of the petitioner in respect of plot Nos.61 and 68 in accordance with law at the earliest.

With the above direction, the writ petition is deposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dt:25.02.2019 kdl
