THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.34540 of 2011 ORDER:
The petitioners complain against inaction in disposing of representation dated 31-08-2011.
The Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent, after perusing the grievance made in the representation, dated 31-08-2011 submits that the respondent can be directed to dispose of representation dated 31-08-2011 within a reasonable time.
I have perused the writ prayer and the material papers available on record.
The grievance is one of inaction in considering the representation dated 31-08-2011. Hence, I am satisfied that without calling upon respondent to file counter affidavit, the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.
(a) The petitioners are given liberty to submit a copy of this order together with representation, dated 31-08-2011 to respondent for consideration and disposal of their grievance. (b) The respondent on receipt of representation takes appropriate decision in accordance with law.
(c) The entire exercise shall be completed within 12 weeks from the date of submission of representation along with a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to
costs.
