This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the order, dated 14.11.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.1388 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.1001 of 2019 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad. 2.
By order, dated 14.11.2019, the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, while suspending the sentence imposed against the petitioner-accused in C.C.No.229 of 2017, dated 11.10.2019 by the XXIII Special Magistrate, Hyderabad, directed the petitioner to deposit 20% of the fine amount of Rs.4,40,000/-, which comes to Rs.88,000/- before the trial Court on or before 09.12.2019 and file receipt to that effect, failing which, the application shall stand cancelled. Hence, this petition. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unable to pay the amount within the time stipulated by the Sessions Judge as he spent more than Rs.2,00,000/- for his medical expenses for his ill-health and hence, he prays to extend the time to deposit the amount.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed
to deposit 20% of the fine amount of Rs.4,40,000/-, which comes to Rs.88,000/- within a period of two weeks from today. It is made clear that no further time will be granted for deposit of the 20% of the fine amount.
