The case of the petitioner is that he worked as Conductor in the respondent-Corporation and after running 27 years of service retired on 30-06-2011, but he was not paid retirement benefits. As such, the petitioner made representation on 21-11-2015 and also 29-11-2015 for providing retirement benefits and other benefits. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the representations of the petitioner in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
