HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 12177 OF 2012 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Mandamus directing respondent No.3 not to mutate the land in Survey No.1409, admeasuring Acs.2.09 guntas situated at Siddipet, Medak District, in favour of respondent Nos.6 to 11.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Revision Petition No.F3/ROR-29/2011 on the file of Joint Collector, Medak District, is pending consideration with regard to issue which is subject matter of the Writ Petition. In view of the above, adjudicating the Writ Petition on merits does not arise. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to dispose of the said Revision Petition as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, interim order granted on 25.04.2012 by this Court shall be in force. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
