Sri Kadaru Prabhakar Rao, the learned counsel for petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file a comprehensive Writ Petition as and when new cause of action arises.

2. Granting liberty, as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
