This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of order, dated 23.4.2009, in W.P.No.13571 of 2007 of this Court.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order, dated 23.4.2009, in W.P.No.13571 of 2007 of this Court has been complied with. 3.

Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
