CVNR, J & JUD, J W.P.No.10458 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus by directing respondents to produce the husband of the petitioner by name Azeez (for short "the alleged detenu") before the Court and set him at liberty.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (AP), on instructions, submitted that the alleged detenu is wanted in many criminal cases, that he was absconding and that on 23.07.2017 the Police of II Town Central Crime Station, Kakinada, East Godavari District have arrested the alleged detenu in connection with Crime No.106 of 2017 and produced him before the V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kakinada, who remanded him to judicial custody.
