THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.3241 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 02.02.2018, furnished by the Station House Officer, Jaipur Police Station, Mancherial District, Ramagundam Commissionerate are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions, which are relevant for the present case, read as under:

"It is submitted that the averments made in the affidavit are purely civil in nature. The Jaipur police are not interfering in civil matters.

The unofficial respondents have not lodged any complaint against the petitioners with the Jaipur Police Station till the date. The Jaipur police are also not interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in respect of the subject property. The Jaipur police are also not harassing the petitioners herein as alleged in the affidavit.

It is submitted that, the petitioners herein appears to have filed the present writ petition with an intention to settle their civil disputes with the unofficial respondents in a writ jurisdiction, thereby impleaded the State as party respondent for maintainability of the Writ Petition. It is submitted that there are no merits in the Writ Petition and it is liable to be dismissed."

On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to place the said instructions on record and dispose of the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, by placing on record the above said instructions. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
