THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.3804 of 2019 ORDER :
The petitioner Union alleges that the respondents are interfering in civil dispute and illegally trying to dispossess the petitioner Union from Quarter No.14, SPM New colony, Kaghaz Nagar, Kumram Bheem, Asifabad District.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that on 11.01.2019, the petitioner gave a complaint to the 4th respondent stating that on 10.01.2019 at about 9.00 A.M., officers of the SPM company management broke the locks of main gate and the front room and trespassed into the three residential rooms and tried to take away the furniture and other material. The G.D. entry was made and the 4th respondent requested the petitioner Union to produce the documents relating to the quarters in which they are residing and the petitioner assured the police that they would produce the documents. Further, on 17.01.2019 at 6.00 A.M., the SPM authorities called the police through phone and informed that a quarrel is taking place at BMS workers sang office.
On that the 4th respondent along with his subordinates visited the spot and dispersed the mob. He asserts, police are not interfering with the possession of the property of the petitioner. He would submit that on the information given by the SPM authorities, the police authorities went to the spot, but not for any other reasons.

In view of the said assertion of the learned Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions received by him from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kaghaznagar Police Station, Kumrambheem Asifabad District-5th respondent, no directions need be issued in this writ petition.

The Writ Petition is dismissed accordingly.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
