This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.1, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.89 of 2015 of Prohibition & Excise Police Station, Peddapuram, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 8 (c) read with Section 20 (B)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act. The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner - accused No.1 was dismissed by this Court. There is no change of circumstances.
