This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings in D.V.C.No.5 of 2010, pending on the file of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad initiated against the petitioners/accused, arising out of an application filed Under Section 12 (1) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both parties represented that the purpose of filing of Criminal Petition no longer survives and has become infructuous.
