Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue. 2.

Inasmuch as this writ petition is filed aggrieved by nonconsideration of the case No.B/887/2018, inter-alia seeking for rectification of the wrong entries by deleting the names of the respondents to the extent of Ac.41-20 guntas and for other reliefs, by the 2nd respondent, to meet the ends of justice and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the said case No.B/887/2018 in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
