This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent No.5 in registering crime against the respondent Nos.6 to 10, basing on the complaint, dated 23.11.2020, of the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondent Nos.2 to 5 to register crime basing on the subject complaint.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 and perused the record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that basing on the subject complaint, dated 23.11.2020, submitted by the petitioner, a crime was registered by the respondentpolice and therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
