THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.18997 of 2005 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings dated 28.06.2005 in Lr.No.2039/CAS/Adm.I-1 on the file of the third respondent as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and violative of article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the third respondent to forthwith call the petitioner for interview for considering his case for promotion to the post of professor as per his application dated 20.08.2001 and to promote the petitioner to the post of professor. At the time of hearing, both counsels in one voice submitted no further orders are necessary in view of the interim orders of this Court dated 26.02.2008.

In view of the submission made by both the counsels, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J April 28, 2016.
