Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 07.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police & Station House Officer, Bhogapuram Police Station, Vizianagaram District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. It is stated in the said instructions that the petitioners herein have not made any complaint against respondent Nos.4 to 14 herein either on 18.06.2017 or any other date, as such, the question of taking action by respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein does not arise. It is further stated that if the petitioners herein make any complaint with the respondent police authorities, they will take appropriate action as per law.

On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to keep it open to the petitioners herein to make a fresh complaint to the respondent police for necessary action.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed, keeping it open to the petitioners herein to make a complaint afresh to the respondent police authorities. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
