THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.3162 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, written instructions dated.19-02-2018 furnished by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Karapa Police Station, East Godavari District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. As such, instructions, to the extent of their relevancy, read as under: - "I humbly submit that it appears that the dispute of the petitioner herein and as well as 5th respondent herein is mainly civil in nature relating to money transaction. As of now, the 5th respondent approached the Police of Karapa Police Station and lodged any complaint against the petitioner herein. Having bore grudge against him, the petitioner made false and baseless allegations against this respondent police.

I humbly submit that the petitioner is not at all required in any case registered on the file of Karapa Police Station and he never summoned the respondent police nor ask him to settle the matter with the 5th respondent." Having regard to the above instructions and taking into consideration the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the un-official respondent, this court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by placing the above said instructions on record.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ A.V.SESHA SAI , J Date: 05.03.2018 TSNR
