This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw O.S.No.179 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Proddatur, Kadapa District and transfer the same to the file of II Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Proddatur to be tried along with O.S.Nos.63 of 2011 and 35 of 2013.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer civil miscellaneous petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
