Sri B.Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that W.P.No.38474 of 2012, was filed for non-implementation of G.O.Ms.No.166, Revenue Department, dated 16.02.2008; the said G.O. has itself been withdrawn; and, as the petitioner intends to question the regularization scheme issued subsequently, the Contempt Case be closed. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
