When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since the case has been referred as 'Action Dropped' on 07.01.2015 and a final report is filed before the learned X A.C.M.M., Nampally, Hyderabad, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
