HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.8455 OF 2006 ORDER:

On 08.12.2014 it was represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner expired, and sought time to take further steps. On 23.01.2015 also the same request was made and therefore, the matter was adjourned to 30.01.2015. As there was no representation on 30.01.2015, the matter was directed to be posted on 09.02.2015 under the caption 'for dismissal.' Thereafter, the matter was adjourned for two weeks. Even today, when the matter is taken up, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf. It appears that the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
