THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NOs.3803, 3856, 3911 OF 2019 AND 16905 OF 2021 COMMON ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issue raised in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos. 4164 of 2019 and batch, dated 01.07.2021, and contended that the present writ petitions be disposed in terms of the above said order.

Learned Government Pleader did not dispute the said submission. 3.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 01.07.2021 in W.P.Nos.4164 of 2019 and batch, these writ petitions are also disposed of directing the respondents to consider the cases of the petitioners for appointment to the posts of Laskars or any other equivalent posts strictly in terms of G.O.Ms.No.98, dated 15.04.1986 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that the respondents shall consider the applications of the petitioners irrespective of the fact whether they submitted the applications within one year or not from the date of issuance of G.O.Ms.No.98, dated 15.04.1986. No order as to costs.
