HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.3201 of 2018 Order:

The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not considering the representation dated 10.11.2017 submitted for correction of entries in the revenue records in relation to the land to an extent of Ac.1-20 gts., in Survey No.151/1, Ac.0-20 gts., in Survey No.151/2, Ac.0-20 gts., in Survey No.151/1 and Ac.1-10 gts., in Survey No.151/3, situated at Pothireddypally village, Sanga Reddy Mandal and District.

This Court noticed that the petitioners merely filed a representation for correction of entries without following the procedure prescribed under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act (for short 'the Act').

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to make an appropriate application in accordance with the provisions of the Act for correction of entries in the revenue records. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
