Heard both sides.

Leave about the effective remedy of the petitioner is available under Order XXXIX Rule 4 C.P.C. to seek to modify, vary or set aside the interim injunction order of the learned Special Assistant Agent and Sub Divisional Magistrate (Mobile Court) at Bhadrachalam, dated 19.12.2005, in granting the interim injunction (ex parte) against the 6th respondent in relation to the petition schedule property of Ac.11.15 gts of Peddamidisileru Village of Charla Mandal, Khammam District, Badrachalam Sub Division, in relation to Sy.Nos.75/1, 75/2, 75/3 and 75/4p respectively, there is no basis to entertain the belated revision after (6) years to the order under impugnment.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of by left open said remedy to invoke.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
