This writ petition is filed alleging that though complaint dated 2.7.2018 is filed, crime is not registered. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that crime is now registered and cause in the writ petition does not survive. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
