THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No. 11727 of 2014 ORDER :

The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439 (2) Cr.P.C. questioning the order dated 04.09.2014 wherein the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the I Additional Sessions Judge, Warangal in Crime No.155 of 2014 of Madikonda Police Station, Warangal District.

Though the present petition filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail, the learned Public Prosecutor has not pressed for the same. However, he submits that since the petitioner is involved in number of cases some conditions may be imposed so as to secure his presence as and when required by the investigating agency. A perusal of the impugned order would show that the learned I Additional Sessions Judge while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner directed him to furnish security of Rs.20,000/- with two surities each for a like sum to his satisfaction and further directed the petitioner to appear before the Station House Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation. The petitioner was further directed not to leave the country without prior permission of the Court concerned and the S.H.O.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, as the case is still under investigation, the petitioner shall report before the concerned Police Station on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. for a period of six weeks or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier.
