This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order and decree, dated 28.09.2015, in O.S.No.1094 of 2012 on the file of I Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies available to them in law.

Permission is accorded and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies available to them in law. 4.

No order as to costs. As a sequel to dismissal of the C.R.P., miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this C.R.P. shall stand closed.
