Learned Standing Counsel for Andhra Pradesh Tribal Welfare Residential School produced G.O.Rt.No.184, dated 12.06.2018, whereunder the services of the petitioner was regularized. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedies if he is aggrieved by the prospective regularization granted to him. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
