SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1147 OF 2018 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is accused, in Crime No.2 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Julurpad Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. 2.
The offences alleged are under Sections 354 and 427 of I.P.C. and Sections 3(1)(r)(s) and 3(1)(w) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record. 4.
As per the case of the prosecution, there was a monetary transaction between the parties. The husband of the de-facto complainant is due an amount to the petitioner. The allegation against this petitioner is that he went to the house of the de-facto complainant and abused her in filthy language, touching her caste name, in the absence of her husband.

The facts of the case do not warrant grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, the petitioner/accused is at liberty to surrender the before the lower Court and obtain regular bail. The lower Court shall dispose of the bail application expeditiously, on merits, preferably on the same day, subject to pressure of other work.
Accordingly, with the above observation, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
