This criminal petition is filed by petitioners - accused Nos.1 and 2, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.222 of 2015-16 of Prohibition & Excise Police Station, Prathipadu, registered for the offences punishable under Section 8 (c) read with Section 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act, 1985.

A perusal of the record discloses that the seized dry ganja is about 68 kgs, which is more than the commercial quantity. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioners at this stage.
