Learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the authority after closure of the case.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as sought by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
