When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court on 03.06.2014, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.

In view of the above said submission, writ petition is closed. However, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation submitted by petitioner on 24.02.2012 and 13.03.2012 in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
