HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA Civil Revision Petition No.658 of 2018 ORDER:

Sri Kuncham Maheswara Rao, learned counsel for respondent No.1, would submit that the present Civil Revision Petition be allowed to follow the observance of procedure referred to in the Common Order, dated 14.3.2017, in C.R.P. No.5236 of 2016 & batch, rendered by a Division Bench of this Court.

In terms thereof, the present Civil Revision Petition is allowed, giving such liberty as the one given in the said common order. There shall be no order as to costs. The common order shall form part of the record.
