Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

This writ petition is filed alleging inaction of the respondents in taking further action pursuant to registration of FIR No. 472 of 2016 dated 17.10.2016.

Learned Government Pleader produced copy of charge sheet dated 15.12.2017 filed in the Court of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at LB Nagar and submitted that case was taken on file and numbered as PRC No. 40 of 2018 and case is awaiting for committal to sessions.
