This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A-1 to A-3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.2 of 2014 of LMD Colony Police Station, Karimnagar District.

3. The petitioners are alleged to have committed the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506 I.P.C.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of with the following direction: The police concerned are directed to complete the investigation and file final report without arresting the petitioners, as the entire case depends upon the records.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
