CVNR,J & GSP,J C.C.No.245 of 2018 06.04.2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 03.08.2016, in W.A.No.90 of 2014. 2.

Today, the respondent is personally present before the Court. Along with the counter-affidavit, she has filed proceedings in Rc.No.1444/B1/2017, dated 14.03.2018, of the Regional Joint Director of Collegiate Education, Kadapa, notionally fixing the revised pay scales for calculation of pensionary benefits of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that with the issue of the aforementioned proceedings by the Regional Joint Director of Collegiate Education, Kadapa, the order of this Court stood complied with.
