Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

This writ petition is filed alleging inaction of the respondents in taking further action pursuant to registration of FIR No. 28 of 2018 dated 16.2.2018.

Learned Government Pleader produced copy of charge sheet dated 22.2.2018 filed in the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kalwakurthy and numbered as PRC No. 3 of 2018 of 2018. After committal, case is numbered as S.C No. 48 of 2018 and the same pending trial.
