THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.3317 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP).

When the matter is taken up, on written instructions, dated 05.02.2018, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Lingasamudram Police Station, Prakasam District, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the SubDivisional Police Officer, Kandukur accorded permission to refer the case as 'false' vide C.No.81/SDPO-K/2015, dated 24.03.2017. It is further submitted that, after serving notice to the complainant, final report was filed on 20.01.2018 before the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kandukur.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, keeping it open to the petitioner herein to avail the remedies open.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
