HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3833 of 2020 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the order in Case No.B/2986/2017, dated 10-05-2019 passed by the 2nd respondent, wherein and whereby the petitioner's request for issuance of succession certificate and pattadar passbook in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0-16 guntas in Sy.No.170 situated at Grampally Village of Keesara Mandal was rejected. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has alternative remedy of appeal under Section 5(5) of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short "the Act"). The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy of appeal under Section 5 (5) of the Act. If any appeal is filed after filing condonation of delay application, the same may be considered by the respondents in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
